Terms and Conditions:
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
All sessions must be used within 3 months of booking.
Unused sessions are not refundable.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
Not adhering to this may result in a forfeited session from your block.
If your horse is unsuitable for water treadmill work on the day (e.g., due to injury, illness, or behavioural concerns), the session may be postponed at the discretion of our team.
Longholes Equine Therapy Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.
